The Washing Process
Householders and proprietors are demanding higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We pride ourselves on the level of service and investment in quality equipment used to perform the process. Your wheelie bins are washed using our specially designed trailer mounted bin washing system. Your bin will be cleaned inside and out using a powerful high pressure lance. This is many times more powerful than most home pressure washers.
Each bin goes through the same cleaning process, it is lifted by our hydraulic system into the wash position, where our high-pressure jets will rid the bin of all dirt and grime using bio-degradable approved chemicals & degreasing agents. Any excess water is drained within our custom designed equipment to be filtered and recycled, the bin is then coated with a disinfectant and deodorised with our unique fragrance. This ensures your bin smells fresh all year round and the disinfectant will help kill germs and fly larvae.
Our cleaning process uses only 100% bio-degradable local legislation approved products, purchased from local companies, and our state of the art fully automated purpose built equipment lifts and washes the bin. The ecologically friendly process recycles the wash water. At the end of the day the water is discharged at an approved location. We recommend that bins are cleaned every 2 weeks to keep germs at bay.
This washing process meets the high standards set out by The Environment Agency for Prevention of Pollution from Wheelie Bin Cleaning and all water is recycled to meet SEPA legislation.
Any small amount of rubbish which comes from your bin will be placed in a sealed bag and returned to the bin.
Please note we can only clean bins that are empty
